Arlene's career in Marketing and Communications began at L'Oréal, where she quickly established a
reputation for her strategic vision and operational excellence. Building on this foundation, she
advanced to senior marketing management roles at prominent organizations, including Pierre Fabre,
Andromaco, Novartis, SIFI Group, Pfizer, Bio Products Laboratory and Viropharma. At each stage,
Arlene leveraged her expertise to develop end-to-end marketing solutions that spanned the entire
product lifecycle—from early market analysis and pre-launch positioning to lifecycle extension
strategies post-patent.
Her work includes developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans tailored to diverse
markets and therapeutic areas, ensuring robust brand positioning and compliance across regions.
Arlene has led cross-functional teams in developing market entry initiatives that prioritise patient
needs, regulatory compliance, and competitive positioning. Her deep understanding of brand
management has enabled her to drive sustainable growth while fostering strong brand equity and
market share.
Arlene has a broad therapeutic portfolio experience, having worked across areas such as Anaesthesia, Central
Nervous System, Dermatology, Dermo-Cosmetics, Endocrinology, Generics, Haematology,
Immunology, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Orphan Drugs, and Women’s Health. Her role
often involves close collaboration with senior management and cross-disciplinary teams to gather
insights and align marketing efforts with clinical and patient needs. She has worked extensively with
clinicians, patient advocacy groups and institutions throughout Europe and the Americas to craft
messaging that resonates with both healthcare professionals and patients, fostering trust and brand
loyalty.
Notably, Arlene has led successful product launches across international markets, coordinating
strategies across multiple countries and navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Her background
in client development and customer engagement has made her adept at establishing impactful
relationships, resulting in long-term partnerships and positive market reception. Skilled in medical
and commercial communication, advertising, and public relations, she has consistently delivered
integrated campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and sustained market success.
With a Master’s degree in Pharmacy from Buenos Aires University and postgraduate certifications,
Arlene combines her scientific background with her strategic marketing acumen to provide informed,
data-driven marketing solutions. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, she brings a unique global
perspective and a cultural sensitivity that enhances her effectiveness in international collaborations.
Since 2008, she has been based in the UK, continuing to apply her diverse expertise to projects

Filippo has worked extensively in Change Management, Project Management, Business Process Re-engineering and Design in several ERP driven international programmes; he worked for clients of different sectors such as Life Science, Oil and Gas, Utilities, Manufacturing, Banking, Transportation and Telecommunications.
Filippo started his career as in 1997 at Andersen Consulting (which later has been renamed Accenture) and then moved to Deloitte. He re-joined Accenture in the United Kingdom in 2007 and then moved to HCL in 2011 until 2016 when he Joined AMPRrAd. Filippo has covered senior roles for major players of the consulting sector providing services to some of the most renowned brand of key industries (GSK, AstraZeneca, Leo-Pharma, Shell, Ericsson, Electrolux, Agip-ENI, etc.).
Filippo is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. During career he had exposure to a broad range of activities and responsibilities in various countries (UK, France, Italy, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, etc.) working within large multinational and multicultural teams. Through the years Filippo has constantly demonstrated an uncommon ability to interact constructively and effectively with any type of cultures, work habits and management styles.
He is considered by his peers a specialist in various areas of Change and Project Management, especially in Change Impact Assessment, Change Action Plans, Role Mapping and Project Planning as well as an expert of Process Design and quantitative analysis tools. Due to the complexity of the Programmes he has been involved in, Filippo managed to gain expertise in a very wide variety of areas which make him an extremely versatile professional who can adapt easily and proficiently to almost any type of consulting environment and delivery objectives.

Lars began his consulting journey with a highly competitive student internship at Price Waterhouse,
where he gained foundational knowledge of the consulting industry, particularly in Organizational
Design and Artificial Intelligence. This experience provided him with hands-on exposure to strategic
consulting frameworks and tools, allowing him to develop insights into how AI and organizational
design principles are applied to drive business growth—two focus areas where Amprad aims to expand
its offerings.
In 2024, Lars seized a unique opportunity for further development by joining Sysdoc Limited for a
comprehensive work experience. At Sysdoc, he delved deeply into Change Management and
ERP/SAP transformation initiatives. Working alongside seasoned consultants, Lars honed his ability
to manage complex change processes and gained practical experience in the deployment of large-
scale ERP systems. His work at Sysdoc solidified his skills in project management, stakeholder
engagement, and process optimisation, equipping him to handle the demands of high-impact
transformation projects in a dynamic consulting environment.
Today, Lars holds a multi-faceted role at Amprad, where he is responsible for overseeing digital
marketing, media relations, and data analytics and reporting. In addition to these core
responsibilities, Lars leads an innovative pilot project focused on AI-driven organizational design,
reflecting Amprad’s commitment to pioneering advanced technology solutions. This project involves
collaborating closely with international partners across Europe and beyond, providing Lars with
opportunities to apply his expertise in cross-functional team leadership and strategic planning.
With a multilingual background—fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian—and three citizenships, Lars
brings a truly global perspective to his work. This, combined with his lifelong commitment to sports,
including competitive swimming and rowing, underscores his dedication, discipline and ability to
work toward ambitious goals both personally and professionally.
